Now here is something strange to say the least. A very big bird being piloted by none other than Big Bird himself. This 50% scale model of the Rutan Quickie kit plane that is occasionally seen at airports around the country is powered by a Zenoah G-62 turning a 22" 2 blade prop. Spanning 110" and a length of 114", not only is this plane unusual but it is also extremely large. The Quickie was totally scratch built and  a super job was done in the construction of it. Not only does it turn heads while sitting on the ground, young and old alike stand in awe as it fly's by with it's unusual wing configuration. I wish I could take some credit for the construction, but it came to me as you see it and appears to be glassed and painted with automotive paint.
